Nada Alradhan, PhD, currently serves as the Customer Experience and Activation Support Manager at the Ministry of Culture since January 2021, where expertise in developing customer experience strategies has led to improved satisfaction and engagement. Prior to this role, Nada worked at the Ministry of Tourism of Saudi Arabia as an Event and Relations Specialist, gaining valuable skills in event planning and stakeholder engagement from August 2015 to February 2021. Nada's career began at the Riyadh Chamber of Commerce & Industry as a Public Relations Specialist, where proficiency in communication strategies was honed from January 2014 to March 2015. Nada holds a Doctor's Degree, a Master's degree, and a Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Archeology and Art Studies, respectively, all from King Saud University.
