Richard Wilding

Richard Wilding is an experienced heritage consultant currently advising the Ministry of Culture in Saudi Arabia on exhibitions and events related to cultural heritage. In addition to this role, Richard serves as a curator for The Barakat Trust, focusing on the preservation of Islamic heritage and academia. Richard co-founded Eye on Heritage, a platform dedicated to showcasing the stories and cultures of the Middle East, North Africa, and Asia through visual media. As a trustee for The Mansoojat Foundation, Richard works to revive and promote Saudi Arabia's traditional designs and costumes, enhancing public appreciation for the region's unique heritage. Richard also holds the position of Creative Director at Gulan, an organization dedicated to preserving Kurdish culture and identity.
