Henrik Kutberg is a seasoned professional in the field of economic development and startup policy. Currently serving as a Startup Policy Strategist at the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications for Estonia, Henrik has been instrumental in enhancing the local startup ecosystem and capital market since March 2017. Notable contributions include the development of new support initiatives such as the Creative Destruction Lab – Estonia and NATO DIANA accelerator program. In addition to policy strategy, Henrik has held various roles related to financial instruments and monitoring foreign financing, notably coordinating COVID-19 support measures for enterprises. Henrik currently serves as a board member for Tehnopol and Sparkup Tartu Science Park. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Public Administration and Innovation from TalTech and a graduate-level study in Economic Development from Boston University.
