Joel Kotsjuba is a Service Design Advisor at the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications for Estonia, a role held since April 2021, focusing on government digital service design and delivery processes. Previously, Joel served as a Service Designer at Velvet from September 2017 to March 2021 and held multiple positions including Project Manager, Creative Director, and Managing Partner at Storytellers from 2009 to April 2015, where responsibilities included conceptualizing and executing experiential events. Notable projects managed include the Shine Youth Conference in 2012 and the Projet Artland during the Tallinn Cultural Capital of Europe in 2010-2011. Joel holds a Master's degree in Design and Engineering from TalTech, a Product Development Project credential from Aalto University, and a Bachelor's degree in Recreation Management from Tallinn University.
