Kaire Kasearu has extensive experience in the public sector, particularly with the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications in Estonia, where roles have included Kantsleri nõunik IT valdkonnas, overseeing digital service satisfaction and implementing digital transformations. Additional positions within the ministry included leadership roles in the Digiriigi arengu osakond, where responsibilities encompassed team development, IT funding coordination, and strategic planning with significant budget oversight. Previous roles include a specialist at the Ministry of Rural Affairs, focused on the Rural Development Plan, and earlier positions in project management and accounting. Kaire holds two master's degrees from Tallinn University and TalTech, as well as a bachelor's degree from the Estonian American Business Academy.
