Kertu Subka

Kertu Subka is a seasoned public relations and marketing professional currently serving as a PR advisor to the Minister of Finance in Estonia at the Estonian Ministry of Finance since April 2023. Prior experience includes a role as Marketing Project Manager at OCCO, where Kertu Subka managed B2B and B2C marketing initiatives, including content creation and social media campaigns. Previous work also includes consulting at PR Strategies | HILL+KNOWLTON where responsibilities spanned PR, media relations, and marketing communications for a diverse client portfolio. Kertu Subka began the career as a Junior Press Officer at Polhem PR and holds a Master's degree in Strategic Corporate Communications and a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Tallinn University.
