Viktor Pati has a diverse work experience across various industries. Viktor currently serves as the Head of Unit at the Ministry of Education in Prague, Czech Republic since November 2020. Prior to this, they worked as a Consultant at EY from December 2019 to October 2020. From 2012 to 2019, Viktor worked at the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports, where they held the position of Project Lead in Operational Programme Research, Development and Education. Viktor was responsible for preparing Calls for projects, communicating with stakeholders, and implementing innovative solutions. Additionally, they served as a Project Administrator at the same organization from March 2012 to June 2015. Before that, Viktor worked as a Sales Representative at ČMSS from September 2009 to March 2012, and as a Lecturer at People in Need from August 2009 to March 2012. Viktor also gained experience in sales, rental, and service at Ski & Bike Center Radotín from October 2008 to March 2009, and in market research at STEM/MARK from September 2004 to October 2007.
Viktor Pati completed their Bachelor's degree in Media and Communication Studies at the University of Hradec Králové from 2004 to 2007. Viktor then pursued a Master's degree in Political Science at the same university from 2008 to 2012. In 2010, they briefly attended Georgia College & State University, focusing on Political Science & International Relations.
