Dalia Alrashdan

Dalia Alrashdan serves as Curriculum Specialist Team Leader at the Ministry of Education in the UAE since February 2017, where responsibility includes leading a team in the design and implementation of Engineering, Design and Technology, and Computer Science curricula aligned with international and UAE standards. Dalia has previously held roles such as Senior Curriculum and Assessment Specialist, where contributions included developing a vocational curriculum framework, and as a Technology Teacher and Trainer, focusing on innovative teaching methods for ESL students. Dalia's earlier experience includes providing academic support during school inspections and pioneering curriculum frameworks across grade levels. Prior to working at the Ministry, Dalia was a Mathematics Teacher at the International Academic School. Dalia holds a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from Abu Dhabi University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Philadelphia University.
