Abdullah Alarifi

Abdullah Alarifi is a seasoned economic professional with extensive experience in various roles within prominent institutions. Currently serving as a Senior Economic Analyst at the Ministry of Energy since April 2022, Abdullah previously held positions as an Economic Specialist at SDAIA from November 2020 to March 2022 and at the General Authority for Competition from September 2018 to October 2020, where Abdullah also contributed as an Economic Researcher. Early career experiences include trainee roles at Derayah Financial and SABB in 2016 and 2017, respectively. Abdullah's educational background features a Bachelor of Economics and Finance from De Montfort University and ongoing pursuits toward a Master's degree in Finance at Prince Mohammed Bin Salman College of Business & Entrepreneurship, following an initial Foundation Year Program at the University of Leeds.
