Bruno Fonseca

Bruno Fonseca is a seasoned economic analyst with extensive experience in the agricultural and commodities sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Economic Analyst at Rabobank since October 2021, Bruno previously held the position of Senior Commodities Specialist at Cargill from May 2019 to October 2021. Prior roles at Alvean included Global SnD Specialist for sugar and ethanol demand, Trading Intelligence Specialist, and Trading Intelligence Analyst from October 2014 to April 2019. Bruno also worked as a Crop Analyst at Cargill, focusing on sugarcane production in Brazil from June 2011 to September 2014, and served as a Visiting Scientist at USDA-ARS in 2010. Early career experiences include an internship at Dow AgroSciences and CEPEA - ESALQ/USP, contributing to skills in production cost analysis. Bruno earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in AgroEnergy from Universidade de São Paulo between 2012 and 2014, and a degree from the same institution from 2004 to 2009.
