Adel Alghamdi

Adel AlGhamdi serves as the General Manager of Enterprise Excellence at the Ministry of Energy, leading the establishment and management of a newly formed function encompassing four departments: Quality, Planning and Performance, Business Process, and Change Management since May 2019. Prior to this role, Adel was the Vision Realization Programs Director at the Government Expenditure & Projects Efficiency Authority, overseeing the technical and financial evaluation of Vision 2030 initiatives and serving as a key liaison with strategic management committees. Adel's extensive experience at Procter & Gamble includes various senior managerial positions in employee relations, supply chain design, and category management, contributing to significant improvements and transformations in the Saudi market. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA from IE Business School and a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals, complemented by specialized executive programs.
