Harriet Kalua

Harriet Kalua has held various roles in the public sector. Harriet started their career in 2003 at MMEWD as an HRDO. In 2013, they joined the Ministry of Mines and Minerals Development as an SHRDO. Harriet then moved to the Ministry of Energy in 2018, where they initially served as the Acting Chief Human Resource Management Officer and later became the Chief Human Resources Management Officer.

Harriet Kalua completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management at Cavendish, Zambia from 2015-2016. Prior to that, they obtained a degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration (BHRM) from CBU between 2007-2010.
