Muhannad al Mulfi

Muhannad Al Mulfi is an experienced talent management and succession planning expert with a robust background in human resources. Currently serving at the Ministry of Energy since October 2020, Muhannad has led initiatives to identify future leaders and designed frameworks for leadership continuity. Previous roles included senior human resources specialist positions focused on talent acquisition and HR transformations at the Ministry of Energy, as well as significant contributions to governmental affairs and high-level recruitment during a tenure at Aramco from February 2017 to October 2020. Early career experience includes a role as secretary in the HR Department at the Ministry of Islamic Affairs. Muhannad holds a Master's degree in Talent Development & Human Resources from IE Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
