Hadar Castro has a diverse range of work experience. Most recently, they have been serving as the Head of Software Development at the Ministry of Environmental Protection since September 2018. Prior to this position, Hadar held the role of Head of Software services - Digital and Core systems at the Israeli Employment Service for a decade, from November 2008 to August 2018. They also worked at Yael Group as a Deputy Project Manager from November 2005 to April 2007, and at Aman Group Israel as a Master Scheduler from November 1994 to November 2004.
Hadar Castro has a diverse education history. In 1995, they attended Touro University and obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Following this, in 2007-2008, Hadar pursued further education at John Bryce and obtained a Licentiate degree in Computer Systems Analysis/Analyst.
In 2011-2012, Hadar enrolled at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem for a Master's degree in Public Policy Analysis. Lastly, in 2017, they attended Lahav Executive Education, where they completed a Diploma program focused on Digital Transformation.
