Godfrey Ssemugooma

Godfrey Ssemugooma serves as the Commissioner at the Ministry of Finance, Planning and Economic Development, a position held since February 2025. Prior to this role, Godfrey Ssemugooma assumed the position of Acting Accountant General at the same ministry. Academic qualifications include a degree from Makerere University completed between 1992 and 1995, a Fellow of the Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) designation, and a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of South Wales.
