Anouk Aarts

Anouk Aarts is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in financial sector development, currently serving as a Policy Advisor at the Ministerie van Buitenlandse Zaken since September 2014. Prior to this role, Anouk worked as an Investment Advisor at Van Lanschot Bankiers from September 2005 to March 2014 and held an intern position in the Research Department at the same institution. Anouk's career began as a Macroeconomist at Staalbankiers in 2003. Academic credentials include a Post Graduate degree in Investment Management from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and a comprehensive educational background from Tilburg University and Leiden University. Anouk also contributed to academia as a student-assistant in Monetary Economics, Public Finance, and under Professor J.J. Sijben.
