Janet Bakker

Janet Bakker has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as HR Manager for Consular Affairs and Visa Policy at the Ministerie van Buitenlandse Zaken since June 2013. In addition to this role, Janet Bakker is a Facilitator at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and has held various managerial positions, including leading the Caribbean Team and serving as Senior Account Manager at SSO 3W. Prior to this, Janet Bakker worked at the Ministerie van Binnenlandse Zaken en Koninkrijksrelaties and the Ministerie van Infrastructuur en Milieu in managerial roles. Earlier experience includes HR advisory positions at Gemeente Voorschoten and SNV, where responsibilities included recruitment, organizational restructuring, and coordinating regional HR teams. Education includes a Coach certification from ICM opleidingen & trainingen and a degree from Leiden University.
