Petra Strijdhaftig has extensive experience in various roles within the workforce and customer service sectors. Currently serving as a Trainer/Coach and Consular Information Officer at the Netherlands World Wide contact center since February 2019, Petra previously worked as an Account Manager for Ro@Work Powered by Randstad from August 2016 to January 2019. Additional prior roles include Allround Medewerker at MESS, Intercedente at Randstad, and Traveler in Central America, which facilitated cultural engagement and Spanish language improvement. Petra's earlier experience also encompasses positions at Randstad Health @ Work, Rederij Clipper Stad Amsterdam, and Randstad Nederland, starting as a staffing consultant. Petra holds a Bachelor’s degree in Translation (Spanish-Dutch) from Hogeschool Zuyd Maastricht and an HAVO Diploma in Economics & Society from Montessori Lyceum Rotterdam.
