Meshal Abdulla Binhussain

Meshal Abdulla BinHussain currently serves as the Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer at the Ministry of Finance, UAE, where responsibilities include leading AI-driven initiatives that align with the UAE's AI Strategy and Vision 2031. In addition, Meshal holds the title of Director of Information Technology at the Ministry, overseeing the federal ERP system and driving significant digital transformation in various technological domains. Meshal also advises the UAE High Performance Committee and Elite Sports on technology matters. Previously, ample experience encompasses roles such as Vice President of Information Security & Operations at Dubai Holding, Executive Director of Information Security & Operations at TECOM Group Dubai, and Director of the UAE Smart Government Program. Meshal has a strong educational background, holding a Master's degree in Information Security and a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Khalifa University of Science, Technology and Research.
