Ter Long Tay

Ter Long Tay serves as the Chief of Government Procurement at the Ministry of Finance in Singapore, a position held since April 2024, where procurement is championed through a People-Policy-Ops-Tech integration strategy. Previously, from February 2017 to April 2024, Ter Long Tay held the role of Group Director at JTC Corporation, leading the Contracts and Procurement Division responsible for both Construction and Corporate procurement and contract management. Prior experience includes serving as Executive Director at Langdon & Seah Singapore Pte Ltd from 2010 to February 2017, overseeing the Singapore office and leading efforts in the healthcare sector and business excellence initiatives. Educational qualifications include a Graduate Certificate in Real Estate Finance from the National University of Singapore and a Bachelor of Science in Building (Hons) from the same institution.
