Emil Ahmadov

Emil Ahmadov is a seasoned diplomat currently serving at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan since September 2022. Prior to this role, Emil held the position of Head of the Division on Work with International Organizations at the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport from October 2021 to February 2023. Emil's extensive career includes significant roles within various departments of the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies, focusing on international cooperation, as well as experience in human resource management at the Central Office of the Civil Service Commission and consultancy at the Parliament of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Emil holds a Master's degree in International Law and Legal Studies from Baku State University and has further refined diplomatic skills at the European Academy of Diplomacy.
