Erkki Sven Margna

Erkki Sven Margna is currently serving as a Desk Officer at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Estonia, specializing in cyber diplomacy and international cybersecurity since September 2022. Margna has also held positions at the Office of the Chancellor of Justice since July 2017, first as a Junior Adviser and later as an Adviser, focusing on law enforcement affairs and data protection. Prior experience includes a legal internship at COBALT Legal in 2016, a trainee role at the Estonian Ministry of Justice in 2012, and serving as Treasurer for ELSA Estonia from 2011 to 2012. Margna holds a Master of Laws in IT law from the University of Tartu and has obtained a Bachelor of Laws from the same institution, along with a year of study at the University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology.
