Minna-Liina Lind currently serves as the Undersecretary for Global Affairs and Ambassador for Human Rights at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Estonia, a position held since August 2020. Previously, Minna-Liina Lind was the Deputy Permanent Representative at the Permanent Mission of Estonia to the United Nations from October 2014 to September 2018 and served as Spokesperson at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Estonia from November 2010 to October 2014. Minna-Liina Lind began a role as Legal Adviser and Election Officer at the Permanent Mission of Estonia to the UN from September 2007 to November 2010. Educational qualifications include a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Law from Heidelberg University (2002-2004) and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in International Law from Tartu University Institute of Law (1998-2002).
