Saif Alkaabi has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Saif started their career as an HR Coordinator at Dubai World in 2006 and later worked as an HR Officer at Nakheel. In 2010, they joined the Department of Transport as a Senior Employee Relation Officer. From 2013 to 2018, Saif worked at Abu Dhabi Media as an Employee Relations Manager. Saif then transitioned to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, where they served as the Deputy Director of Human Resources until November 2020. Since November 2020, they have been working as the Head of Support Service in the UAE Embassy in Brussels.

Saif Alkaabi attended the Higher Colleges of Technology from 2011 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus on Human Resources Management and Services.
