Dr Emmanuel Millbank Owusu

Dr. Emmanuel Millbank Owusu currently serves as a Graduate Research Fellow at the Malta Medicines Authority since September 2023 and has been the Managing Director of MILLIGRAM PHARMACY COMPANY LTD since June 2020. In addition to these roles, Dr. Owusu has worked as a Clinical Pharmacist for the Ministry of Health in Ghana since March 2020 and completed an internship at Hôpital Militaire d'Instruction Mohammed V in mid-2017. Dr. Owusu also held positions such as President of the Confederation of African Students, Interns and Trainees in Morocco (CESAM) and President of the Ghanaian Students' Association in Morocco. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from Mohammed V University in Rabat, a Diploma in Applied Fundamental Sciences from the University of Hassan II Casablanca, and an Associate's degree in French Language and Literature from Mohammed V University.
