Alciann Samuels-Bennett

Alciann Samuels-Bennett is an experienced Environmental Health Specialist currently serving at the Ministry of Health and Wellness since March 2019, with a background as an Environmental Health Officer at Trelawny Health Services since January 2009. Alciann has held key roles, including Acting Supervisor for the Falmouth Health District, overseeing environmental health activities, including food safety inspections and health education, as well as Acting Vector Control Officer managing extensive vector control activities in the parish. Additional experience includes a position at St. James Health Services and earlier work as a Customer Service Representative at Digicel Group. Alciann's educational qualifications include a Master's of Engineering in Environmental Engineering from Suzhou University of Science and Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health from the University of Technology, Jamaica, among other relevant certifications.
