Machelle Stubbs is a medical doctor with extensive experience as a Consultant General Surgeon at Cornwall Regional Hospital since July 2002 and holds a position with the Ministry of Health Jamaica. Machelle Stubbs earned a Doctor of Medicine degree through the General Surgery Residency Program at The University of the West Indies, Mona, from 2008 to 2015, and completed A Levels in Physical Sciences at St. Georges College from 1989 to 1996.
