Yaqoob al-Saadi

Yaqoob Al-Saadi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in procurement, finance, and health information systems. Currently serving as the Head of Procurement and Tenders Department and previously as the Head of Finance and Administration at the Ministry of Health Oman since February 2011, Yaqoob has demonstrated expertise in financial management. Prior to this role, Yaqoob worked at Sohar Hospital from September 1997 to September 2007, leading the Health Information & Computer Department and serving as an Assistant Medical Records Technician. Early career experience includes a position as an Electronic Technician at Oman Modern Electronics - SHARP from December 1994 to June 1997. Yaqoob holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration from The Open University and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting from Arab Open University, both completed between 2016 and 2018.
