Karen Agnethe Harild

Karen Agnethe Harild has extensive work experience in the field of higher education and science. Karen Agnethe started their career in 2007 at the Danish Agency for Science, Technology, and Innovation, where they held various roles such as Executive Assistant and Head of Section. In 2010, they joined the Ministry of Higher Education and Science as a Head of Section and later took on the role of Private Secretary to the Minister for Higher Education and Science. From 2015 to 2018, Karen worked at Industriens Fond as the Head of the Project Department. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Division in the Minister's Private Office and Executive Secretariat at the Ministry of Higher Education and Science.

Karen Agnethe Harild completed their Bachelor of Science degree in International Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School from 1999 to 2002. Karen Agnethe then pursued a Master of Science degree in International Business and Development Studies from Copenhagen Business School from 2003 to 2006. In addition, Karen also took part in a program focusing on African Studies at the University of Copenhagen in 2005. Karen Agnethe also studied Development Studies at HEC Montréal in 2004 as part of their Master's program.
