Ali Alsagoor

Ali Alsagoor, SHRM-SCP, PMP, KPI, currently holds the position of Localization Office Supervisor at the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development in Saudi Arabia since August 2014, where responsibilities include coordinating with internal and external stakeholders on localization activities. Previously, Ali served as the Manager of the Labor Relations Department, addressing various labor market issues in accordance with Saudi labor law, and as a Manpower Research Specialist, providing administrative support to the Visa Office and conducting case-related investigations. Prior experience includes working as an HR Specialist at Binzagr Company, focusing on recruitment, employee relations, and disciplinary matters. Ali holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from The University of Waikato and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from King Saud University.
