Fahad Alghamdi

Fahad AlGhamdi, COPC, serves as the Section Head of Business Development at وزارة الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية since January 2022, where responsibilities include managing committees and boards, maintaining client records in bespoke CRM systems, and influencing key decision-making among stakeholders. Previously, Fahad held various roles at Zain KSA from May 2016 to January 2022, including Inbound Operations & Social Care Supervisor and Training & Quality Social Media Specialist, and worked at Mobily from October 2005 to July 2016 as a Social Media Representative and in Credit Control. Fahad holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from King Abdulaziz University, earned between 2013 and 2018.
