Mohammed al-Maghlouth

Mohammed Al-Maghlouth currently serves as the Deputy Minister for Human Resources and the Deputy Minister for Planning & Development at the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development in KSA since September 2018. In addition to this role, Mohammed is involved in various boards and committees, including serving as Chairman of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee for a PIF Confidential Project and neoleap, as well as a member of similar committees for the Jazan Region Development Strategic Office, the Real Estate Development Fund, and Takamol Holding. Mohammed has held significant positions in human resources at organizations such as ABYAT, the Ministry of Economy and Planning, Al Rajhi Bank, and AlRajhi Capital. Educational qualifications include advanced programs from prestigious institutions such as Stanford University Graduate School of Business, INSEAD, and the National University of Singapore, alongside professional certifications in risk and compliance.
