Jan Kobliha is an experienced professional in the field of industrial policy and digital innovation, currently serving as the Director of the Sectoral Expertise and Industrial Policy Department and Ministerial Counsellor at the Ministerstvo průmyslu a obchodu České republiky since April 2019. With a robust background that includes roles such as First Secretary at the Permanent representation of the Czech Republic to the EU and National Expert in Professional Training within the European Commission, Jan Kobliha has expertise in coordinating European digital initiatives and participating in key discussions on new technologies. Previous experience also includes positions at CzechTrade, SAP, and in education, complemented by advanced degrees in International Relations and European Studies.
