Rebecca Hislop

Rebecca Hislop has worked in various roles in the Ministry of Justice, Victoria University of Wellington, NZ Police, and the Ministry of Health New Zealand. Rebecca'scurrent role is as the Director of People Strategy and Performance at the Ministry of Justice since 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Manager, People Operations at the same ministry. Before joining the Ministry of Justice, they were the Deputy Director of Human Resources at Victoria University of Wellington from 2019 to 2021. At NZ Police, they held multiple roles including Director of HR Business Partners, Senior Business Process Owner for the HRMIS Project, Senior Human Resources Manager, Human Resources Manager (Police National HQ + Wellington District), and Senior Human Resources Advisor. Rebecca'searliest work experience was at the Ministry of Health New Zealand, where they worked as a Human Resources Advisor and Human Resources Assistant Advisor.
