Previous roles include advisory positions at Abu Dhabi Media, the Department of Municipal Affairs and Transport, wasl group, and TECOM Group in Dubai. Hegazy’s expertise encompasses government compliance, business excellence, strategic planning, and quality management, with a focus on developing frameworks for sustainability and operational efficiency. Hegazy holds a PhD in Organizational Leadership from the University of Phoenix and a Master's in Quality Management from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport.
