Chen Liu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in governmental and corporate sectors in Singapore. Currently serving as Senior Director of Housing at the Ministry of National Development Singapore since June 2024, Chen previously held roles as Director and Deputy Director at the Ministry of Trade and Industry, overseeing enterprise development from February 2021 to April 2024. Chen's tenure at Shell from February 2020 to February 2021 involved spearheading the electric vehicle charging business.
