Benjamin H.

Benjamin H. has a diverse work experience in various government agencies and private organizations. Benjamin started their career in 2004 at the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) as an Assistant Superintendent, where they served in roles such as Community Involvement and Ground Operations. In these roles, they were responsible for engaging the public, enforcing immigration regulations, and supervising a team of officers.

Benjamin then joined the Ministry of Manpower in 2008 as a Senior Manager, where they provided policy guidance and reviewed programs and initiatives for better effectiveness. Benjamin also investigated incidents and secured statements and evidence for investigation reports and court hearings.

From 2014 to 2016, Benjamin worked at Kenyon Pte Ltd as a Senior Manager in Human Resources and Management. In this role, they managed talent acquisition, handled medical and insurance matters, and led strategic planning.

In 2016, Benjamin joined the Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF) as a Senior Manager in Operations and Security Management. Benjamin H. obtained a Bachelor of Computing (Business Focus) degree from the National University of Singapore from 2001 to 2004. Additionally, they have pursued additional certifications such as Sun Tzu's Art of War for Success: The Complete Strategic and Leadership Insights for Business Leaders from the Aventis Learning Group and Certified Scrum Product Owner from the National University of Singapore, both obtained in 2023.
