Clarence Tan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digitalisation strategy and management. Currently serving as Senior Manager (Team Lead) for Digitalisation Strategy at the Ministry of Social and Family Development, Singapore since December 2018, Clarence has also held various managerial roles within the organisation, including External Attachment to Visa Consulting & Analytics. Prior to this, Clarence worked at SATS Ltd. in multiple capacities, including Business Analyst and Section Head of Aviation Catering, from July 2014 to December 2018. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the National University of Singapore and a Specialist Diploma in Business Analytics from Temasek Polytechnic, complemented by a study program at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology.
