Wei Lin Foo

Wei Lin Foo has over 15 years of experience in various human resource roles. From 2006 to 2007, Wei Lin worked as a Manager at the Monetary Authority of Singapore. Following this, they served as the Deputy Director of Human Resource and Organisation Development at the Health Promotion Board from 2007 to 2010. Wei Lin then joined the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) as the Director of Human Resource, where they were involved in developing strategies and planning for workforce transformation. They worked on adapting change methodologies and promoting skills acquisition and deployment. This role lasted from 2010 to 2019. From 2019 to 2021, Wei Lin took a sabbatical at INSEAD. They are currently the Director of Human Resource at the Ministry of Social and Family Development in Singapore.

Wei Lin Foo (IHRP-SP) pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance from the National University of Singapore. This educational journey took place from 1988 to 1992.
