Hesham Almazroua

Hesham Almazroua is an experienced professional in organizational development and workforce planning, currently serving as the Director of OD & Workforce Planning at the Ministry of Sport since April 2022. Prior to this role, Hesham held various positions at the Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) from February 2011 to April 2022, including Director of OD & Workforce Planning, Head of Workforce Planning, and HR Planning Specialist. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Human Resource and Change Leadership from the University of St. Thomas, completed between 2014 and 2016, and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from King Saud University, obtained from 2006 to 2010.
