Elchin Rzayev

Elchin Rzayev has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Elchin started their career at the Ministry of Taxes, the Republic of Azerbaijan, where they held the position of Chief Tax Officer. Elchin then transitioned to the Court of Appeals Republic of Azerbaijan, where they worked as an Assistant Judge. In 2010, they worked as a Court Observer for the OSCE. Currently, they are serving as an Advocate, Barrister, and Lawyer at the Bar Association of Azerbaijan.

From 2003 to 2008, Elchin Rzayev attended Qafqaz Universiteti and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Law.
