Nihad Safarli has a diverse work experience. Nihad started as an intern at the Political Research Institute of The Academy of Public Administration in 2011. Nihad then interned at the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of Azerbaijan Republic in 2013. In 2016, they joined the Ministry of Taxes, the Republic of Azerbaijan as a Senior tax inspector and later became the Chief tax inspector in April 2018.
Nihad Safarli completed their Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from The Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, from 2009 to 2013. Nihad then pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Diplomacy and International Affairs from Azerbaijan Diplomatic Academy, from 2013 to 2015. In addition to their degrees, they obtained the IELTS certification in November 2013.
