Lucy Muthee

Lucy Muthee is currently working as a Procurement Manager at the Government of Kenya since July 2016. Prior to that, Lucy held the same position at the Ministry of Transport and Logistic Services starting in February 2016. Lucy attained a degree in Procurement and Contract Management, along with Project Management, from The University of Texas at Austin between July 2011 and July 2014.
