Omar Jefri

Omar Jefri currently serves as the Advisor to the Minister of Transportation for aviation affairs at the Ministry of Transport in Saudi Arabia since October 2020. Additionally, Omar holds the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors at SITA, a role maintained since July 2015. Since April 1997, Omar has also been the Executive Vice President of Shared Services at Saudi Arabian Airlines. Educationally, Omar Jefri earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of Alabama, where studies were conducted from 1984 to 1989.
