Joe Lecouvre

Joe LeCouvre has a diverse work experience that spans over several industries. Starting in 2002, they worked as an Assistant Manager and Head Cook at Prospector's Allegheny Rib Company, where they managed branch operations, organized catered events, and trained staff. In 2011, they joined Minitab as a Temporary Software Engineer and later served as a Software Engineer I and II, focusing on manual and automated testing, bug fixing, and coordinating product releases. From 2016 to 2022, Joe worked at KCF Technologies, Inc. in various roles, including Software Test Engineer, Senior Quality Assurance Analyst I, and Scrum Master. In these positions, they developed and executed manual and automated tests, built the Quality Assurance department from scratch, trained and mentored colleagues, and facilitated the adoption of Agile methodologies. Currently, Joe holds the position of Senior Quality Engineer at Minitab, starting from January 2023.

Joe LeCouvre completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science, with a minor in Engineering Leadership Development, from Penn State University. Joe attended Penn State University from 2003 to 2008. Prior to that, they attended State College Area High School from 2000 to 2003, although no degree or field of study is specified for their high school education.
