Todd Hershbine

Todd Hershbine has extensive work experience in human resources and operations. Todd started their career at Penn State University in 1994, where they worked as an adjunct professor in the Smeal Business College and the Labor and Industrial Relations Department until 2015. During their time at Penn State, they taught courses in HR management, compensation, and benefits.

In 1998, Todd joined Minitab as a Human Resources Generalist and later served as a Human Resources and Administrative Services Manager from 1999 to 2004. Todd then progressed to the role of Human Resources and Administrative Services Executive from 2004 to 2015. During their tenure at Minitab, they implemented strategies aligned with the organization's mission and vision, contributing to an increase in employee satisfaction.
