Justin Beattie

Justin Beattie is an experienced Processing Superintendent with a strong background in the mining and resources sector. Currently employed at Norton Gold Fields Pty Ltd since August 2024, Justin previously held the same title at MINJAR GOLD PTY LTD from June 2023 to August 2024 and at Northern Star Resources Limited from February 2021 to June 2023. Justin's career began at Norilsk Nickel as a Process Technician in September 2008, followed by positions at Barrick Gold Corporation and Saracen Mineral Holdings Limited, where roles included Senior Process Technician 2IC and Production Shift Supervisor. Additional experience includes a float operator role at KCGM and a Production Shift Supervisor position at Silver Lake Resources. Over the years, Justin has developed expertise in processing operations and leadership in various capacities.
