Romeo Alivio

Romeo Alivio is an experienced geotechnical engineer with a career spanning over two decades in the mining industry. Currently serving as a Geotechnical and Backfill specialist at MINJAR GOLD PTY LTD since April 2022, Romeo previously held roles as a Senior Geotechnical Engineer at both Mineral Resources Limited and MINJAR GOLD PTY LTD between 2020 and 2022. Prior experience includes positions at NMGM, Nifty Copper Operation, AGMC-GFA, Coffey Mining, UAL, and FGS, where expertise in geotechnical engineering and backfill operations was developed. Romeo holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology from Mapúa University and has pursued further education at Engineering Education Australia, UNSW, and the University of San Jose-Recoletos.
