Camilo Arango Dávila

Camilo Arango Dávila serves as the Head of Expansion and Revenue Operations at minka_ since February 2023, leading the company's expansion efforts across Latin America, Africa, and Europe. Previously, Camilo held the position of Sr. Associate in Strategy and Operations at minka_, where strategic initiatives for expansion into Peru and the Dominican Republic were executed, alongside designing sales processes and brand positioning strategies. Camilo co-founded Maas Ventures in October 2021, focusing on funding early-stage founders. As a founding member at Hunty, significant achievements include leading growth teams in Colombia and Mexico, achieving substantial gains in key performance metrics, and optimizing processes. Earlier experience includes a Business Analyst role at Accenture Colombia, where participation in digital transformation and business efficiency projects occurred. Camilo holds Bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration from CESA and EU Business School.
