Erin Rufledt Hunter

Erin Rufledt Hunter is the Founder and CEO of Luminary Lab, where storytelling is leveraged to inspire action and connect leaders and teams. As a Design Coach at Stoked, Erin engages with organizations to help awaken creativity. In the role of Human-Centered Design Lead at The Curious Company, Erin contributed to a community-based reproductive health project, collaborating with various professionals to address the needs of youth and caregivers. Additionally, Erin serves as an Adjunct Faculty Instructor at the Minneapolis College of Art and Design and operates Erin Rufledt Design + Creative Strategy, focusing on branding and design for passionate companies. Previous roles include branding consultant for Pop-Dot Marketing, designer at Hallmark Cards, and graphic designer at the World Council of Credit Unions. Erin holds a BA in Sociology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an Associate Degree in Graphic Design & Illustration from Madison Area Technical College.
